We mainly focus on young talents! Graduates receive a permanent employment contract with an attractive salary. In addition to the daily work, we promote further education with training courses and certifications in various areas, e.g. Azure cloud technologies, language courses or certifications as a ScrumMaster. We also supervise master's or bachelor's theses. Our experienced Microsoft-certified software developers or architects are a perfect complement when it comes to supervising final theses in the field of computer science. During their final thesis, students are employed by us in a team with a permanent work-study supervisor. In addition, we offer working students the opportunity to start at our company during their studies and to gain initial insights and practical experience.
