Your virtual exhibition stand will be designed by us together with our platform provider according to your wishes and specifications. You can choose from 10 different templates, which are then visually adapted according to your brand guidelines.
At the stand itself, you can interact with visitors directly via chat or video, provide various digital materials such as videos, images or presentations, and create quizzes or surveys.
You can get in contact with all participants of your booth via chat or video.
You can define the number of chat and video windows yourself, as long as all of them are permanently occupied by your employees during the career fair.

Workshops take place parallel to the career fair and offer students the opportunity to interact with companies in various ways.

During the career fair, a panel discussion with several company representatives will take place.
Representatives from various industries, work areas and work experience will discuss topics relating to the future of the world of work, the impact of Covid-19 on the economy and society, and entrepreneurship.
The panel discussion will take place live during the career fair and will be moderated by a representative from AIESEC.
During the career fair, the interviews will take place live via video streaming.
Here you can give a concrete insight into day-to-day business and introduce yourself as an employer.
The interview questions are chosen in consultation with you.
During the career fair you have the opportunity to present your company in a 30-minute keynote.
Your chosen lecture topic can be assigned to the following categories and thus relates to relevant topics for participating students:

-Career planning
All lectures are recorded in advance and played live at the career fair. We are at your side in the preparation for the technical implementation of your presentation.
As an exhibitor at the Youth Career Day, you will be featured in our trade fair catalog. Visitors receive an overview of the participating companies, the career fair program and important tips for preparing for the day of the trade fair.
The catalog will be sent to all interested students a few weeks before the event and is available for download on our website.
You will receive a DIN A4 page to present yourself as a company in our predefined format and also a full-page, individually designed image page.If you offer the participants additional opportunities for interaction through other of our services, they will be presented accordingly in the exhibition catalog.

A personal contact person is available to help you prepare for and during the trade fair.
Your contact person will make all logistical arrangements with you to set up the platform and the day of the trade fair, thus ensuring that you are optimally prepared. In addition, we are available for your questions and help during the career fair.
